		<description>There are many ways to save the energy in our day to day life and live a green life. One of the way is, trying to use toaster oven as much as possible instead of using the big oven. Since the toaster oven is much more compact, it uses less energy than my big oven. We can also wash our clothes in cold water rather than warm or hot water. This saves on electricity because we are not using the hot water heater every time you wash clothes.

The most important thing to realise is this takes time; Too many people try to do what they do on BLT and go hard to start with, thus causing themselves injury, and stress on their muscles. Its the old &#039;Hare and the Tortise&#039; story, slow and steady wins the race. Don&#039;t expect over night changes to your body. Changes comes over months and even years.</description>
