    Nice post Kristin – although I have still not seen a fitness or nutrition app that is real user friendly.

    This year I’m sticking with the clean eating program I developed and adopted last year and continuing to go to the gym at 2am for some really fun workouts – then swimming!

    For me, it’s continuing to eat clean, whole foods…(no sugar, HFCS, trans-fats, artificial ANYTHING, no white flour or GMO’s)…I also stay away from Parabens, found in everything from cosmetics to body lotions and shampoos…and flouride, which I read weakens bones…I also weight train 3x per week and walk an average of 8 miles per week…
