Yes, You Can Get Pregnant without Having Sex

4 Comments 01 June 2011

Safe sex and how to avoid unplanned teen pregnancyIt’s not as safe as you may think; some of those swimmers could beat Michael Phelps to their destination. Learn how to protect your teens from an accidental pregnancy with straight talk from YOU: The Owner’s Manual for Teens: A Guide to a Healthy Body and Happy Life, by Michael F. Roizen, M.D. and Mehmet C. Oz, M.D.

Some sperm just outside the vagina may still swim their way to an egg. Better to aim away when it’s time to shoot.

And what about withdrawal? That is when you pull out before ejaculation. The problem with this method is that some of the ejaculate can sneak out, carrying sperm, before ejaculation has occurred. And those swimmers have as good a chance as any to find that egg.

Ideally, condoms should always be used for vaginal, oral, and, of course, anal sex.

I never knew this was even possible until it happened to me two weeks ago. Then I found out my mother had one of my brothers the same way. So ill definately be telling my future child as I wish my mother warned me.
