2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
1 cup apricot preserves
2 teaspoons GF Dijon mustard
5 drops GF hot sauce
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the chicken in a baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together the preserves, mustard, and hot sauce.
Spoon the mixture over the chicken.
Bake for 15 minutes. Baste with the pan drippings and bake for 10 minutes longer.
